happy wife, happy life!

Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers. 1 Peter 3:7

Ok ok, so I don't think that verse exactly translates to 'happy wife, happy life' but I have to give thanks to a God who gave me a husband fiancĂ©e willing to let me play housewife for a bit! After careful thought and consideration, I have decided to leave my RN position at MUSC Children's Hospital and focus on monogramming full time! I'm sure there will come a time in the near future that Charlie has had about enough and I'll start looking for a new job with benefits, retirement, blah blah blah... but for now, I am enjoying my time working from home!. With less than three weeks until the event of the year the wedding, I am finishing up last minute details and focusing on our move to the new house. Renovations will be started about the time of the wedding, so it's probably better for all involved that I am going to be working at home and able to micromanage each project... Yeah right! Maybe now I'll actually be able to do a few projects myself rather than pay for someone else to do it all.

Please contact me directly at lchoove@gmail.com if you need any custom embroidery done locally! Within the tricounty area, I plan to have scheduled pick up/drop off days on Mondays. New business information with prices and more samples will be available soon so check back for updates. With all of the goodies we've gotten as wedding gifts that are just dying to be monogrammed and the new work that I'm doing by monogramming full time, I'll be adding to the blog almost daily.

Thank you Cha for letting me stay home with these precious maltipoo babies! Take note of the house completely unrenovated in the background. I can't wait to share with all of your pictures and projects as we progress!
